APPLYING FOR RENAISSANCE UPWARD BOUND is easy... 
If you attend a high school in the target area, you need to

1) complete the Student Application and submit a recent transcript; and

2)  have your parent complete the Parent Application and submit either a free and reduced lunch letter, a TANF benefits letter, or a tax form.

Once  you complete and submit the online application, you can either
